2-4 are correct (the Vision error is possibly one that a No-Prize could be made from since Doctor Pym is arguably Vision's grandfather).

For 7, assuming you mean 8 and Alternate Universes 2005, that's still incorrect for volume, but the profile itself is correct. That was one of the Handbooks where profiles were limited to a page so the profiles didn't have room for that kind of depth.

Those are all mostly correct, though at the time of Heroic Age, Steve Rogers (who I'm pretty sure you meant) wasn't using the Captain America identity. That was in his Steve Rogers: Super Soldider period.

8 is correct as far as it goes, but I accidentally left out a word. Here's what I meant to ask (will fix in the earlier post):
