Hmm. One location example and some incongruous items spring to mind.

The Mummy Returns, set in 1930s London, includes this skyline shot:

The big dome in the foreground is the roof of St Paul's Cathedral, the bridge with the two towers is (unsurprisingly) Tower Bridge, and the giant clock you can see in the distance is the Clocktower of the Palace of Westminster, often incorrectly dubbed Big Ben (but since that's shorter to type, I'll use it here). Trouble is, that's an impossible view.

Here's an actual modern day view from the top of St Paul's Cathedral, where you can just make out Big Ben. I've marked where Tower Bridge would be:
https://comicvine.gamespot.com/a/uploads/original/8/85763/8197514-untitled.jpg
and here's Google Map's satellite view of the area. I've marked the three locations - initials tell you which is which, and the red dots are the specific locations.

Incongruous item - in the 2016 movie Criminal, the villains are pursuing one of the good guys, who jumps into a taxi. Taking a note of the cab's license plate, the criminals hack the cab's Sat Nav and trick the taxi driver into taking the good guy to the wrong location and into an ambush. Only problem: This scene was set in London and it was a London Black Cab. In any other city with any other taxis, the villains' trick might have made sense, but London Black Cab drivers famously do not use Sat Navs. To get their cab licenses they have to pass a test known as the Knowledge, requiring them to prove they have memorized EVERY SINGLE STREET AND ROUTE in London. Even if we believe the driver had a Sat Nav, he'd have swiftly noticed when it began to take him off route.

And one that might not be obvious to most people, but stood out like a sore thumb to me. In the 2016 TV show Class, a spin-off from Doctor Who, th

Yes to all of those except perhaps Saturn Girl. I have to admit she was the first person I thought of, but when I checked Saturn Girl's costumes I couldn't see one that matched this one. It's possible that she's a bit off model, but everyone else is on point, so I'm hesitant to confirm for certain it is her - I'll put her down as a likely, but not confirmed.

I'm sure that it's Saturn Girl, despite her costume being white. It looks like the version she wore in her first appearance.

Yeah, I think that costume clinches it. The coloring is off, white instead of yellow, but apart from that it's an exact match.

I don't think so. If it's what I think it is, it's a weirdly incongruous device that has no time travel connections that I'm aware of - though I guess it might well be dimensionally transcendent, since it holds stuff that shouldn't be able to fit into such a small sphere.

Sword of Omens from Thundercats?

The sword depicted isn't a perfect match, but that's what I think it is intended to be, considering the hilt emblem and the curving pommel guards.

Is the sword from Legend of Zelda?

Nope. I will say, assuming I've got the right sword myself, the symbol on the hilt sometimes changes to a much more obvious clue to its origins, and it doesn't normally have a jewel at the bottom of the hilt.

That's what I was after. Yes, it's from the same movie, but it is a viable artifact worthy of mention. No idea on the pyramid, but no, not normally part of the map.

Updated clues, removing those now identified and adding a little extra info to the vaguer clues:
Second image, panel 2:

The bald man in the grayish jumpsuit is from a 2010s US cartoon.
The glowing guy is from Marvel. We don't normally see him so large.
The Time Bandits are holding something interesting.
So is Sherman.

Last page - Ichi's sword is an identifiable cartoon item.
The giant with the top knot and reading the map is someone who is normally encountered fighting to the death.

Correct.

Andy E. Nystrom wrote:

Slight correction from above: as noted in my original post, Garth Ranzz should be listed as Lightning Boy, not Lightning Lad. The tip-off is the costume's colours. He only wore the costume with red in it as Lightning Boy. Most his Lightning Lad costumes have been some variation of blue, yellow, and white, though his Silver Age costume had orange leggings and belt buckle.

Noted. I'll amend the next time I update the images.

24 hours with no guesses, so some clues (for the ones I know - obviously no clues for the ones I've also failed to place yet).

First image - no clue for the last unidentified vehicle.

Second image, panel 2:
The two men top left, one in a suit, one in a turtleneck, are from a live-action US TV show.
The bald man in the grayish jumpsuit is from a cartoon.
The man with the goggles on his head is originally from a series of 1930s novels; I'd say Pulps, but they were British. He's not normally associated with time travel, but his 1980s movie somewhat incongruously featured it.
The glowing guy is from Marvel.
The blond guy to the right of the picture and the boy with him are both from a 1980s TV series.
The Time Bandits are holding something interesting.
So is Sherman.

Last page - Ichi's sword is an identifiable item.
The guy in the tie in panel 1 and the cowboy in panel 2 both come from the same movie - it's not usually associated with time travel, but is with something related.
The giant with the top knot and reading the map is surprisingly calm for someone who is normally encountered fighting to the death.
