we have only this:
Unidentified Veterinary Student AConq head (Captain Universe)
but reading the Mantis' profile on THE EMPYRE HANDBOOK we read, at the very beginning: "Continued from the Mantis profile in the Annihilation Conquest Omnibus Hardcover (2015)". This does mean that in the Annihilation Conquest Omnibus Hardcover (2015) we have new stuff about Mantis and we should add "AConq" to:
Mantis (Brandt) Orig #1 head (Avengers), Orig #8 App, Orig #13 1, Del #1 head (Avengers), Del #8 2, ...

I ask to myself: is it possible that also the other profiles on the Annihilation Conquest Omnibus Hardcover (2015) are updated?

I was initially confused about this as well.
As it turns out Mantis' most recent update before Empyre Handbook was in the Star-Lord: Annihilation Conquest one-shot.
However, the Conquest omnibus was the most recent place that particular update was published.
(Personally not a big fan of the wording they chose.)
As far as I'm aware, the only new addition to any of the profiles in the Conquest omnibus is the veterinarian headshot.

There is a misunderstanding: Tanak Valk, the Nova-Prime, is both a Nova-Prime and a Centurion, or Commander, of the Nova Corps but the Centurion from Orig #3 App is not the same from Coc #3 because the Centurion in CoC #3 is Rhomann Dey of Xandar, another Nova-Prime.
So we could have:

Centurion see Nova-Prime (Tanak Valt)
and
Dey, Rhomann aka Nova-Prime CoC #3, Orig #3 App as Centurion, GMCU-GG caps InCom
and

Thanks for reminding me to clean up that section. I've been putting it off because things sometimes get confusing with clones with a Spider-Man version. The short version is that the Malcolm McBride version complicates things (he was part of a retcon that was itself changed by a later retcon) so I need to look at this further and figure out how best to handle Carrion profiles.
