I've added in the latest updates (the Spider-Man Masterworks was already on the list) and reformatted into a Google doc for easier updating and navigation including the ability to jump to a particular section in the list. See first post for the link.

As the list is starting to get pretty big, I've started adding real names and cross-references to profiles. Finished up to M so far. Just spotted the bit about the Beetle. That will be folded into the next update.

Hmm, it should work if others can access it. If you've tried clicking on the link directly, right clicking and seeing what options show up, and copying and pasting the Google URL, and none of those work, PM me your email and I'll email you the doc from the forum's email account.

They're all already posted in Non-Marvel Handbooks. 

Another question: where are listed the profiles about the real persons working for Marvel, like in the Deluxe Edition #4?
There is a profile about ELIOT R. BROWN in TEAM AMERICA #12 to add to the list, if not already listed.

I think if we're going to list those, they should be separate (unless they're 616 versions). Marvel over the years has published many handbook-style profiles of their employees, in many different places.

Thank you for your kind reply: I think it would be ok if we list also the (not-616 versions) of the real people indexed in the Marvel comics. What do the other persons of this beautiful forum think about it?

This was discussed a while back and it was decided it was too big a can of worms, so such profiles are only listed if they're in an actual Handbook. That said, if you wanted to start a separate thread on the topic, I'm sure people would add to it pretty quickly.
