Sadly the Hostess people missed a golden opportunity so we won't get to see index listings of him hawking devil's food cake.

Sweet! Though this is sadly the last of the indexes, I was hoping that they'd get the TPB treatment.

One question that comes to mind of course, is: Will there be any "extras" included, like in previous volumes?

Maybe...the Champions series could get indexed...

This came out today. I didn't get it because I short on funds for now, but did flip through it. In addition to the Ghost Rider series, it also had the Spirits of Vengeance series, the various Blaze series, the Champions, the western Ghost Rider series, and the Original Ghost Rider Rides again and Original Ghost Rider reprint series. One thing that I do find odd is how it came out before the final issue of the index that covered Ghost Rider material.

Yay! I saw that I got my name in print. Thank you very much!

I was going to type out the contents just now but I either left the bag on the bus by mistake or accidentally handed that bag to a friend when I was handing her another bag. I'll post the contents soon if I don't have to special order a second copy.

In the meantime, here are some series I noticed from memory (with a little help from Comic Book Database) not mentioned in previous indices:
Shadowland: Ghost Rider, the 2011 Ghost Rider series, Champions, X-Force/Champions Annual, Gambit and Champions from the Marvel Vault, Ghost Rider/Blaze: Spirits of Vengeance, Blaze: Legacy of Blood, Blaze, Ghost Rider (1967 series), Night Rider, Original Ghost Rider Rides Again, Original Ghost Rider

It turned up!

Ghost Rider (1990-1998) 1-86, -1, 87-93
Ghost Rider/Wolverine/Punisher: Hearts of Darkness (1991) nn
Ghost Rider/Captain America: Fear (1992) nn
Ghost Rider Annual (1993-1994) 1-2
Ghost Rider/Wolverine/Punisher: The Dark Design (1994) nn
Ghost Rider: Crossroads (1995) 1
Ghost Rider Finale (2007) 94
Ghost Rider (2001-2002) 1-6, 1/2
Ghost Rider (2005-2006) 1-6
Ghost Rider (2006-2009) 1-35
Ghost Rider Annual (2008) 1-2
Ghost Rider: Danny Ketch (2008-2009) 1-5
Ghost Riders: Heaven's on Fire (2009-2010) 1-6
Shadowland: Ghost Rider (2010) 1
Ghost Rider (2011) 0.1, 1-4
Champions (1975-1978) 1-17
X-Force/Champions (1998) '98
Gambit and the Champions: From the Marvel Vault (2011) 1
Ghost Rider/Blaze: Spirits of Vengeance (1992-1994) 1-23
Blaze: Legacy of Blood (1993-1994) 1-4
Blaze (1994-1995) 1-12
Ghost Rider: Trail of Tears (2007) 1-6
The Ghost Rider (1967) 1-7
Night Rider (1974-1975) 1-6
The Original Ghost Rider Rides Again! (1991-1992) 1-7

So pretty complete, and is even a de facto Champions Index (issues without Ghost Rider still covered for completion sake). Every Ghost Rider series published by Marvel covered, even the western series

A few errors I've noticed so far (the writers were kind enough to give me and others a credit so I might as well put in the work for future printings)

Ghost Rider/Blaze: Spirits of Vengeance#19: judging from the Blaze: Legacy of Blood chronology, that mini-series should be listed in John Blaze's chronology after Midnight Suns Unlimited.

The Original Ghost Rider Rides Again! #5: Ghost Rider#76 is listed as both 1982 and 1983. Assuming you're going by cover date, it should be the latter.

The Original Ghost Rider Rides Again! #6: Ghost Rider#78 is listed as both 1982 and 1983. It should be the latter.

The Original Ghost Rider Rides Again! #7: Ghost Rider#80 is listed as both 1982 and 1983. It should be the latter.

Again, I'm glad you included all the extra series you did (the western books, the Champions material, the reprint titles). This really is the definitive look at the Marvel version of Ghost Rider in my mind.

You had me at "Champions Index"

Minor gripe, the other index trades that have been released clock in at roughly 300 pages, this one is much shorter if the solicitation pg count is correct. Doesn't really seem fair that the price is the same, but I know that's probably out of your control.

On the other hand, I couldn't possibly think of anything that you left out, the Western Ghost Rider is pretty much connected in name only, so I'm pretty surprised to even see it here. Here's hoping that if Punisher gets put into trade you include WarZone and War Journal.

From people wondering what's unique to the trade, everything from Blaze-on is new, though Legacy of Blood is in #6 of the regular series. So if you want the western material, you'll want the trade.

So I just started reading #5 of the index and noticed a mistake that was carried over to this TPB. In the entry for #6 of the 2005-2006 Ghost Rider mini series, Ruth was left out of the villians section even though she was mentioned in the synopsis.
