Maybe a mix of new and updates like the handbooks we've had before.

Seems likely. Unless one of the Handbooks is linked to an event we don't know about. (2 of the handbooks have fall release dates)

Don't count on anything until formally announced. At the moment all that has been said is that there may be Handbooks on those dates.

I really hope they will be confirmed because I really love the Handbooks and I can't accept to think to live in a world without new ones...
