While Bobby is indeed a child, he has no powers. His mom takes away his bike privileges after a near collision with his neighbour's car. He gets the Super Siren and attaches it to his bike so his neighbour can hear him approaching and is allowed to ride his bike again. So his two acccessories are his bike and Super Siren, which is non-magical and just makes a loud noise. He has brown hair.
