No. Montgomery had an entry because he got one in the Book of the Dead. And his hardcover entry was done from scratch; it didn't use the Golden Age one as its basis.

Sorry about that. I checked the Master List and his Book of the Dead entry wasn't mentioned there (checking again it seems it was played with Brian instead; I'll make a note of that in that thread to make sure Eric catches that). I'll tackle him in more detail when I get to that book, which should be some time in the next few weeks as everyone in that book's in the hardcovers now.

In the appendix entry for Captain Daring, it says he was active in both the 1940s and 3050. But as far as I know the Daring Mystery stories take place exclusively in the future. There was a WWII character called Captain Daring who appeared in USA Comics #7, but I'm not aware of any relationship between him and the other Captain Daring. Were they being confused as one character?

Also, some of the characters in this handbook and the Marvel Mystery one have never interacted with the rest of the Marvel Universe. Are they 616? (Well, obviously the ones who live in the future aren't...)
