Because we're in the late stages of the round, I'll start doing clues each day even if guesses are made. Tomorrow there will be another round of clues, then Saturday the shows will all be revealed, then Sunday at the latest the characters will be revealed and round three begins.
Six of the remaining are from Batman (Bruce Wayne) shows or movies, either solo or team-ups
Four of the remaining are from either Justice League or Super Friends shows/segments or movies
Two of the remaining are from Teen Titans (either full show or Filmation segment)
Two are from a Legion series
One is from a Static series
One is from a Superman show or movie
None of the remaining characters are from the DC Animated Movie Universe continuity.
