98 is indeed from Reality 91119
240. This particular version only has that look. And I should amend that they're loosely based on comics; another case where lots of liberties were taken with the concept.
282. is not from Fin Fang Foom's species but interestingly in the comics there is a loose, non-species connection between the two.
