Updating master list of clues:
352. From a TV show; based on comics; human (altered). Assuming show follows comics, he was altered by taking a formula of his own creation; 10s; third and thus last part of name describes a type of motion. Comics debut: Journey Into Mystery by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby
403. From a TV show; based on comics; 00s; assistant to a CEO who's secretly a villain; comics version was once one of a number of red herrings of a similar villain's true identities. Comics debut: Amazing Spider-Man by Roger Stern, John Romita Jr.
416. From a TV show; based on comics; 00s; scientist; apparently a mutant (comics version definitely is). Comics debut: Astonishing X-Men

539. Original TV character; 00s; sole survivor of hijackied plane; Japanese. Animated creator: Toshiki Inoue
540. From a TV show; based on comics; 10s; resides with other monsters; while is is a specific character, this type of creature of same name is from mythology. Comics debut: Journey Into Mystery
541. Original TV character; 00s; chemistry teacher targeted by super-villain. Animated creators: assuming imdb is right about their first appearance (hard to find a lot of info on them), presumed Audu Paden, Brian Michael Bendis, Morgan Gendel, Marsha F. Griffin

572. Original TV character; 60s; no actual name; only known as another character's parent; extraterrestrial despite daughter (also original to TV) having terran name (likely an alias). Animated creators: assuming same as daughter, Ira Turek, Lin Carter, Fred Halliday
574. From a TV show; based on comics; 00s; name aludes to breaking things; mutant seen being transported somewhere. Comics debut: Morlocks

Those are correct. List updated.

I'm pretty sure Professor Williams was one of those thankfully rare cases where i couldn't find a regular image of her, so I had to find a video of her, do a screen capture, and only then format it for the collage.
