774 Plastique, Smallville

Of course, this now presents another query based on the tally. If she's the Smallville entry, which was the last DC show that fits the 00s category, then what decade does 833 belong in? Is there another show missing from the tally, or does 833 belong in a different decade?

Just to clarify for 788 - when you say "kidnapped millionaire," do you mean he is a kidnapped millionaire, or he kidnapped a millionaire?

I'll go through the latest guesses in a moment but first:

Loki wrote:

A dastardly villain kidnapped him; he himself is not a dastardly kidnapper.

More clues in no particular order (I suspect these will knock off some if not all the remaining four):

One is from a British source
One is played by an actor whose surname is a synonym for vacation
For the remaining two, if you try searching specifically for lesser known versions of the character, you'll probably find them both pretty quickly.
