History: Charles Lee Ray was a notorious serial killer known as the "Lakeshore Strangler." After being shot by police, Ray used a voodoo ritual to transfer his soul into a Good Guy doll, renaming himself "Chucky."

As a possessed doll, Chucky continued his killing spree, targeting those who got in his way or threatened to expose his true identity. He was hunted down by a series of individuals, including Andy Barclay and Tiffany Valentine, but always managed to return through various means, such as transferring his soul to another body.

Eventually, Chucky was seemingly destroyed for good, but his legacy lived on as others attempted to continue his work or resurrect him.
