History: Melvin Ferd III was a nerdy and unpopular janitor at the Tromaville Health Club, until he was thrown into a vat of toxic waste by a group of bullies. The toxic waste mutated him into a hulking, monstrous creature with incredible strength and a desire to fight for justice.

As the Toxic Avenger, Melvin began to clean up the streets of Tromaville, taking down criminals and corrupt officials. He also became an environmental activist, fighting against polluters and other threats to the planet.

Throughout his adventures, the Toxic Avenger faced a variety of foes, including corrupt politicians, biker gangs, and even aliens. He also found love with his blind girlfriend, Sarah.

Known allies: Sarah, a blind woman who provides the Toxic Avenger with emotional support and guidance. He also occasionally teams up with other heroes, such as the superhero team, the Avengers of Justice.
