Crank resurfaced years later with a new device, the Tele-Talk, which he used to communicate with an LMD (Life Model Decoy) of Annie, who was created by the Hulk's enemy, the Leader. Crank planned to use the LMD as a co-host for a new show, but his plans were once again foiled by the Hulk.
