History: Rhoda Penmark was a young girl living with her parents in Kansas City. She was seen by her community as the perfect child, but her true nature was revealed when she committed a series of murders. She killed a classmate who won a penmanship medal over her, as well as a janitor and a neighbor who suspected her involvement in the previous murder. Her mother, Christine Penmark, discovered Rhoda's true nature and confronted her, leading to Rhoda's suicide by jumping off a pier.
