Known Superhuman Powers: Starlight possesses the ability to generate light energy from her body, which she can use to create blinding flashes of light or focused beams of energy. She can also fly by levitating herself with her light energy. Additionally, she has a limited ability to manipulate electromagnetic fields, allowing her to disrupt electronic devices and read magnetic patterns.

Abilities: Starlight is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, and has received some training in the use of firearms.

Equipment: Starlight does not use any equipment beyond her costume.

History: Kayla Tate was an ordinary woman until she was exposed to an experimental energy source, which imbued her with her powers. Adopting the name Starlight, she began using her powers to fight crime and protect the innocent. She initially worked alone, but eventually formed alliances with other superheroes such as Midnighter and Apollo. Despite her limited experience as a superhero, Starlight quickly gained a reputation as a capable and dedicated hero. She is known for her resourcefulness and quick thinking, and has faced off against a variety of superpowered villains. Starlight is fiercely protective of her secret identity, and goes to great lengths to maintain her anonymity. While she has no formal group affiliation, she is respected by many other superheroes and has worked with various teams on occasion.

History: Annie January was a young and idealistic superhero who was recruited to join The Seven, a team of elite superheroes sponsored by the Vought-American corporation. She adopted the superhero name Starlight, and quickly became one of the most popular and beloved members of the team. However, her experiences with The Seven exposed her to the dark and corrupt side of the superhero industry, as well as the treacherous machinations of her own teammates. Despite these challenges, Starlight remained committed to her ideals and continued to fight for justice and the greater good. She eventually formed an uneasy alliance with the vigilante group known as The Boys, who sought to expose the true nature of The Seven and bring them down. Starlight's bravery and moral courage have made her a hero to many, but have also made her a target of those who seek to maintain the status quo in the superhero world. Despite the dangers she faces, Starlight remains steadfast in her commitment to do what is right, no matter the cost.
