Powers/Abilities: Godzilla is a prehistoric creature enhanced by atomic radiation. He possesses immense strength, durability, and regenerative abilities. In addition to his atomic breath, Godzilla can also emit a devastating nuclear pulse, create shockwaves by slamming his tail on the ground, and launch a spiral heat ray from his dorsal spines. He can also swim and burrow through the earth.

During his "Burning" or "Meltdown" form, Godzilla's powers are greatly enhanced, but he also becomes increasingly unstable and eventually succumbs to a nuclear meltdown.

History: Godzilla was first discovered in 1984, after being dormant for several decades. He was initially viewed as a threat by the Japanese government, which attempted to destroy him with a new weapon, the Super X. However, Godzilla proved to be too powerful for the Super X and continued to wreak havoc on Tokyo.

Godzilla later faced off against several other giant monsters, including Biollante, King Ghidorah, and Destoroyah. During his battle with Destoroyah, Godzilla entered his "Burning" form, which greatly increased his power but also caused him to become unstable and eventually suffer a nuclear meltdown.

Godzilla was eventually revived in 1999 by a team of scientists, who used a device called the "Oxygen Destroyer" to destroy his previous incarnation's remains and absorb his radioactive energy. The new Godzilla was initially docile and allowed himself to be studied, but he eventually returned to his destructive ways and battled several other giant monsters.

Personality: Godzilla is a powerful, nearly indestructible force of nature that is driven by instinct and his radioactive nature. He has no real personality or motivation beyond his natural drive to dominate and survive. However, he has been shown to exhibit some level of intelligence and even empathy in certain situations, such as when he protected his adopted son, Baby Godzilla. Godzilla has become a symbol of both destruction and salvation, as he has both destroyed and protected Tokyo and its inhabitants from other monsters.
