History: Andre Toulon was a French puppeteer who lived during World War II. Toulon was eventually killed by Major Kraus, a Nazi officer who was also searching for the formula.

After his death, Toulon's puppets continued to live on, seeking revenge against those who had wronged their creator. They eventually came into conflict with Toulon's own spirit, who had been resurrected by the same formula that brought his puppets to life. Toulon's spirit eventually made peace with his creations and joined them in their quest for justice.
