Re: Poster/Pin-Up Type Entries

I've updated the main Poster document with the latest suggestions. Thank you everyone.

I concur about the Spider-Man holding people up. Posters should tell us something about the character (first appearance, how powers/gadgets work), etc.  I plan to go through some of the existing listings and move them to a new "Not Quite Posters" section at the bottom. Unlike the main section, reprints won't be tracked; they'll just be listed so they don't come up again in the future. If something is in a Gitcorp DVD-ROM or Essential volume, I'll be doublechecking them myself anyway, but feel free to flag anything for possible moving to that section, particularly material not in the above sources.

Andy, I'm not sure whether all of the recent pin-up suggestions really count as reference material.
For example:
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN ANNUAL (first series) 4:
Spider-Man holding other heroes on a plate (Thing, Hercules, Thor, Sub-Mariner, Hulk) 1 page

I see what you mean and when I suggested pin-ups I tried to avoid the ones without text but the ones like the above one is too much wonderful...

About:
Punisher War Journal (1988) #? (Punisher War Journal by Carl Potts & Jim Lee) Arsenal entries

I have seen that the Arsenal Entries are in issues from #2 to #13 and #17, reprinted in the Punisher War Journal by Carl Potts & Jim Lee, and also in issues #30, #61, #65, #66 and #68

For #30, #61, #65, #66 and #68, could you identify which issues' profiles were reprinted please?

I suppose they are not reprints and I understood that "Punisher War Journal by Carl Potts & Jim Lee" reprinted the ones from #2 to #13 and #17

Re: Poster/Pin-Up Type Entries

Talking with Zuckyd1, we found out that about:
THUNDERBOLTS CLASSIC VOL. 1 TPB (2016) CITIZEN V, METEORITE, M.A.C.H.-1, SONGBIRD, TECHNO, ATLAS

the above profiles were printed the first time here:
Thunderbolts: Most Wanted (1998)

So THUNDERBOLTS CLASSIC #1 reprints them

Re: Poster/Pin-Up Type Entries

Conan the Barbarian #1 (March 2019) [Savage Sword of Conan #9 (December 1975), Savage Sword of Conan #124 (May 1986), Savage Sword of Conan Vol. 3 tpb (Dark Horse)] The Hyborean Age

Conan the Barbarian #1 should be dated October 1970. That map has been reprinted so many times, including in numerous issues of Conan and Savage Sword, that I’m not sure it’s worth listing them all. FWIW I think the earliest issue of Savage Sword to feature it is #6 (June 1975).

Conan the Barbarian #2 (March 2019) untitled map

This should be #1 (March 2019)
As with the previous example, most issues of the current series include a reprint or slight update of one of the maps from #1, 6, 13, etc.

Having taken another look, I think I'll include them in the Master List and Sightings after all. A borderline case, but the deciding factor is I had just added most of these to Sightings and I don't feel like continually shuffling back and forth.

Re: Poster/Pin-Up Type Entries

In the Sightings thread, Lonewolf recently posted this link:
ttps://i.pinimg.com/originals/e4/e5/e2/e4e5e22f45a5e92601a913dbec675a01.jpg
Is this the same as DC Versus Marvel / Marvel Versus DC Consumer Preview (1995) [DC Versus Marvel #1 (1996) profiles? If so, they look pretty formal, more so than the intent of this thread. Probably suitable for Sightings if there is a Marvel published version of these, otherwise Non-Marvel if these were only published in a DC comic.
