More of a shout-out than an actual omniversal link:
Salvatore Cucinotta: Gargoyles Quest #2, the continuation of Disneys' Gargoyles, has a scene where Illuminati member Sharehizad goes to see Paolo Prospero (yes, THAT Prospero), an old man who runs "The White Council" (probably unrelated to the White Council of Wizards from the Dresden Files). Sharehizad suggests a name change.
Paolo eventually suggests "Star Chamber" or "The Shadow Cabinet" which Shaherizad declares as overused. Those are both team names of secret groups in Milestone comics (home of Static).
Paolo then goes on to say that Caliban and Aeriel are both on Avalon for the Gathering.
I initially came to report the Milestone connection, but Prospero is an added bonus!
me: The Star Chamber is also the name for the Living Tribunal's hq in Marvel Comics, and the Shadow Cabinet was an organization founded by Moon Knight.
Salvatore Cucinotta: Sounds like Shahirezad was right

There was also a Star Chamber in the movie of the same name from 1983 (a shadowy group of judges), so that certainly adds to the "overused" bit.
