When You Put it That Way...
This is a new thread devoted to describing comic stories in such a way that highlight how strange even popular comic stories can be. Stories can be well known or obscure.
To start:
The Celestial Madonna story: A member of the Avengers leans her destiny is to be the Celestial Madonna and goes off into outer space to mate with the corpse of a dead teammate who's been possessed by an alien plant.
