No guesses in the last day, so it's probably time for some clues.

There are still some characters from the main creator's canon to identify.
Some of the remaining characters at least claim to be medical professionals.
One character does not work for FedEx.
One character's name will not get past the swear filter.
Iemand is Nederlands.
Fantagraphics has more to give.
Look to the Harveys.
This one has everything including the Kitchen Sink.
Just because Marvel published it doesn't mean it can't be independent.

With another full day since the last identification, time for some more clues, a little more specific and less ambiguous than the last set.

Drawn and Quarterly.

Not everything is A-Okay. But maybe someone is.

Some of the remaining characters at least claim to be medical professionals. We have two doctors. One of them might be insomniac. The other might want to get you on his couch.

The suffix -ville might yield more than one result.

One character does not work for FedEx. But he is a delivery man.

One of the bald characters usually has hair; this is him when he first woke up.

What do you do after illustrating large numerals for a heavily bearded snake-god worshipper?

Iemand is Nederlands. Someone is Dutch.

Fantagraphics has still more to give. Go directly to jail, and do not pass the swear filter.

Just because Marvel published it doesn't mean it can't be independent. Look to the graphic novels.

More clues to follow.

Going to get more specific, as after a few additional identifications we seem to have hit another wall.

Some of the remaining characters at least claim to be medical professionals. We have two doctors. One of them might be insomniac. The other might want to get you on his couch. Seek medical help at Avatar and Indie Ink.

One character does not work for FedEx. But he is a delivery man. He's a dark horse.

The suffix -ville has another result to yield. Drawn and Quarterly.

One of the bald characters usually has hair; this is him when he first woke up in the real world, and discovered the world he had known before was only a dream.

Fantagraphics has still more to give. Go directly to jail, a hole in the ground, and do not pass the swear filter.

What do you do after illustrating Big Numbers for Alan Moore?

It's not Mr Holland's...

Iemand is Nederlands. Someone is Dutch. Joost.

Completely Dark Horse.

You've been correct for everyone else, but not this one. Look to Oni for 89, and think romance.

Additional clue.

Act-i-vate can provide several characters (at least five). Since the site is down, try Wikipedia as a starting point.

That's the right comic, but not the character's name. However, since the online comic doesn't appear to be available anywhere, and there appears to be precious few sites that actually mention the name (which I only found by including the name IN the search), I will allow this one. The character is King Llyr. Here's the only site I found giving any sort of details about him. https://webcomicoverlook.wordpress.com/2009/02/08/the-webcomic-overlook-68-loviathan/

Re: Gotta catch 'em all challenge #9: Independence party

More clues. At this point, I'm going to get as specific as I can without just giving the answers away.

3 One character does not work for FedEx. But he is a delivery man. Dark Horse and Adhouse.

27 Independent comic so obscure that it's not on Comicvine or Comics.org. Instead look to atomicavenue or mycomicshop. Medical man, 1997.

28 Top Shelf, mid-2000s.

29 Grieving sun. Think synonyms. Mid-2000s.

36 Can't help with this one - no one seems to have been able to identify him.

37 Kirbyesque myths from the 2000s.

39 Probably the best known character yet to be identified. Normally has hair; this is him in his first few issues, when he'd just woken up. Dark Horse legend.

45 and 60 are a couple, though only 45 gets in the title. Millennium and Top Shelf, late 90s, and don't get hung up on the color scheme of his outfit here, which doesn't match the colors on his own comics' covers; instead compare the patterns.

55 Black Eye and Drawn and Quarterly, around the millennium. Main character, but not on the covers, nor is the comic named for him.

61 and 76 go together. All ages graphic novel from mid-2000s, Fantagraphics.

62 Star of acclaimed independent graphic novel. Late 2000s, Pantheon.

68 The creator of this character is not in charge of the Catholic faith. Self published independent comic, so giving the publisher would give away the comic, as it's the only thing this company published. The character had a SDCC giveaway vinyl figure in 2008.

69 Image and Icon, not the title character, mid-2000s into early 2010s.

70 Fantagraphics, late 90s, title is not named after her but she's on the cover. Something found this title mildly amusing.

77 Drawn and Quarterly, late 90s.

81 No clues, doesn't seem like anyone has managed to identify this one yet.

82 and 83 are siblings. 2010s, Fantagraphics and another independent company that has published so little that naming them would make this way too easy. Title is their surname.

87 2010s Fantagraphics. Go directly to a jail in the ground.

88 Originally semi-autobiographical webcomic, later published in print by Image in the late 2000s.

89 Title not listed on Comicvine or comics.org; go to atomicavenue or mycomicshop instead. Mid-2000s Oni, seek romance.

90 Adhouse, late 2000s.

100 and 101 share the title. After appearing in shorts across various anthologies they got collected by Dark Horse in the early 2000s.

111 Spanish SF hero dating back to the 1980s. Published in English by Catalan in the 80s and Dark Horse in the 90s.

114 Mid-2000s Oni. Romance? Let me count the ways.

118 Top Shelf graphic novel, late 90s. Farewell.
