Those are correct, 6 of course being the original UK version. The Quasimodo episode was adapted for a one-shot comic, which is which I remembered his appearance. I deliberately avoided time travel with the Quantum Leap question because I figured that would be too easy.

1, 3, 4, 7, 9 are correct.
10 is correct, so that leaves the character
11, 12 are correct.
Sorry about the repeat numbering
First 13 is the correct show, so that just leaves the character.
Second 13 is incorrect, but on the right track
14. Sanford and Son is the first of the series, and Steptoe and Son is the UK show it was based on. So that leaves the second series featuring the character from Sanford and Son and the spinoff that did not have that character.
15, 17, 18 are correct


19 is incorrect. Looking for a business name
The rest are correct (28: Sledge Hammer, so Sledge was his first name).
