Another one that probably won't throw off people here but I see elsewhere also:

Incorrect: One DC comics and TV character is Black Lightening
Truth: It's Black Lightning. He fires electricity and doesn't reduce anything's weight nor (directly) make things brighter.

Incorrect: The Supervisor on The Prisoner is Number 28, except for one instance of 27.
Truth: Looking at a couple of images and a clip online, he appears to normally be Number 26.This may be another case of misinformation starting in a Wiki and then spreading.
