I think the DCAU Ultra-Humantie only appeared in Justice League, not Batman Beyond, but same continuity so that still counts Beyond that everything correct; list updated. Looks like Atrocitus from the GL cartoon series got in twice. Sucks that these duplicates happen, but with over 1000 characters it was probably inevitable.

797 is not Black Manta, but due to the uniqueness of the situation, I'm going to give a very big hint: He was supposed to be Black Manta, but like the JSA/Justice Guild situation, some sort of legal snarl prevented the use of Black Manta. So he's a different villain who just happens to look a lot like Black Manta and have similar abilities.

Devil Ray is correct. I'll add him next multiple characters update.

Just doing a general reminder for everyone that the rest of the DC animated rounds allow for 40 picks a day, not just 30, and the two characters from the Critters episode will allow five bonus one-use picks each when and if found.
