I'm not the only one who feels like there's been enough expansion to the Cosmic side of things in the past decade or so to warrant a Handbook for it, right? A rough outline of who would be in it would go something like so:
New characters
Anti-All and Lifebringer One
The Aspirants
The Beyonders (collective)
Black Winter
The Firmaments
The Griever
Gorr the God-Butcher
Life
The One Below All
The Progenitors
Old characters, never been kissed in decades
Numinus
Sise-Neg
Never been kissed, period
The Other
Uni-Lord
The One Above All (potentially controversial addition, but we know a LOT more about Him now)
And updates on more recurrent characters where appropriate, of course.
What say you all?

I'm still surprised we never got a 21st century entry on the Elders of the Universe or the Heralds of Galactus, if only to include newly introduced examples of each (at least since after 1989).
My idea of Cosmic Marvel has always started at "any characters from and/or operating in outer space," so I guess that's kind of a low bar.
