Not Doctor Who. That one would take more than two parts and aside from the Peter Cushing movie it's all one continuity. But one woman who played a villain on Doctor Who played a love interest to the character who's the focus of the two-parter.

The woman mentioned above appeared in an episode of Doctor Who during the modern series but appeared as a love interest for the subject of the two-parter while the original series was still airing.

Added Secret Invasion, Wakanda Forever, and a few other surprises to the Marvel collages, so expect those starting with part 6.
For the post-Marvel project above, the first person who can guess that project will get 5 bonus shots going into the first round of that 2-part series (so it can't be used ahead for the Marvel rounds).

I've just compiled a list of characters in Quantumania for Marvel Update. In some cases some of the names may be more descriptive but I added them anyway for their visual appeal. I'm pretty far along in part 6's collage so depending on where the Random Number Generator places the characters, characters from that movie will start appearing in part 6 or 7.
A couple of Wakanda Forever characters who are only known by title are included in the manner of Hulk 2003's Mayor of San Francisco. At least one of them is played by a prominent actor so I wanted to include them.

I just watched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 so expect to see characters from that movie in Marvel Live Parts 7-9. I believe that where the major works are concerned at least, the collage series is now completely up to date.

I've started working on Marvel Update part 7. The second season premiere of Loki impacts two characters in the collage. Major spoiler to the premiere.
It was originally believed that the first season finale of Loki caused a divergence and that we saw new versions of Mobius M. Mobius and Hunter B-15. In fact the divergent version of the former was ID'd in part 2. However, we learned in the season 2 premiere that we were just seeing the past, not a divergent reality, so the versions of those two characters seen at the end of season 1 were the same versions seen previously. Therefore the Mobius ID'd in part 2 is now the actual Mobius and thus the actual Mobius won't appear separately in a later collage (which unfortunately does require a change to an already completed collage). Likewise the divergent B-15, set for a later collage, will no longer appear.

I am watching Loki season 2 but will wait until the season has ended to add characters, as with that series things can always be different from how they appear.
Since I'm eliminating bonus shots, I'll just announce what I'll be doing before the Indie Live Superheroes Update collage(s): James Bond. As many characters as I can find who are identified by name. Nearly everyone who fits those parameters from James Bond focused adventures, some characters from Ian Fleming biopics (far less complete because character images are harder to find, but still more than just fictionalized Fleming himself), unofficial James Bond appearances in live action material, and a few other surprises.

I've finished Marvel collage part 7, so Loki season 2 will span parts 8 and 9. I'm also thinking of going to a movie theatre for the first time since the pandemic began and seeing The Marvels. if so, that would span the same range. As tempting as it is to add Echo to part 9 when it comes out in January, I'm thinking of making 2023 the cut-off so I can start on the James Bond collages sooner.
I've already starting making a list of characters for Indie Live Superhero Update. One reason for doing Bond first is I want some extra lead time so I can see how many obscure characters I can find.

The Marvels will indeed be in parts 8 or 9. I was thinking: I was originally going to do the James Bond collages after part nine, but would people want me to do the two Bond parts after Marvel parts 5 and 7 respectively? That way there's a change of pace. If no replies I'll stay the course, but I don't mind splitting things up that way for variety.

Finished doing part 8. I will make 2023 the cut-off for new material. Which means no Echo in part 9. Which means no Echo in part 9. Which means no Echo in part 9.
I'm determined to do the James Bond collages next year and also get in at least part one of the Indie Live Superhero Update, something I'd hoped to get to in 2022. I have a plan to make that happen. It will work. It just means I need to do something on my end first before I can declare Marvel Live part 5 stalled.

Finished doing part 9 (the final part) of the current Marvel Live Update. The grand total is 3822 characters plus a special section of 7 vehicles (I'm glad I came up with that idea because they take up more space than characters so I was able to do the finishing touches a bit faster)..

The first of the two Bond collages now completed. While the primary focus of these collages is live action, I anticipate that part 2 will have a small bonus section with non-live action Bond-related characters.
Offline
The second collage is almost complete; just need to do the numbered version. I can now confirm that parts 1 and 2 will have a total of 673 live action characters, and part two will have a special section of 36 non-live action characters, some from cartoons and comics, some not.

As noted elsewhere, unless there are guesses in the Marvel round before tomorrow, I'll treated that as stalled and start on Bond.
I'm compiling a list for the next indie Superhero rounds. Unlike last time, the Power Rangers-esque heroes will focus on the Japanese continuity. There might well be more Japanese characters in the collages than American, due to Toei's tendency to create a new slate of heroes for their Power Rangers and Kamen Riders franchises at least once a year.

I found a bunch more identifiable James Bond live action characters so I added them, increasing the total to 754. To fill in gaps, I increased the non-live bonus section to 50.

Does anyone know a good resource for superheroes created for commercials? I want to include some in the next Indie Superhero collage series. The big challenges are twofold: The lesser is many don't have names (I'll probably have to exclude those unless production notes naming them turn up). A much bigger problem of course is screening out all the Marvel and DC heroes in commercials. Any suggestions welcomed.
In addition, and I don't need help with this part, the Indie collage series will include as many real world superheroes as I can find. I think they're a fascinating, often overlooked part of superhero culture and I want to give them their due, with the obvious caveat that I recommend that anyone joining their ranks stick to low level goodwill work and not attempt any vigilante justice nor dangerous rescues.

Thank you. At least some of those should make it in. I might actually include a few unidentified commercial superheroes after all, as long as there aren't too many of them hawking the same project.

Indie Live Update series:
I've started doing the first collage. For commercials I'll usually allow up to two unnamed characters and skip commercials that have three or more. I made one exception for one that had three unnamed superheroes because I was able to least least determine the actors.
Hercules in 1960s Italian movies pose a bit of a problem in terms of determining which are in the same continuity, what with multiple actors playing him concurrently. The big problem of course is that no one cased about such things back then. For purposes of this collage series, I'm separating the continuities by actor. That way at least each actor playing the character gets his due.
