Those are more or less correct. List started. A few clarifications/nitpicks (not impacting the results).
To expanded on rule 1, counterparts are we've seen are certainly possible. I've tried to avoid multiple images of the same version of a character. Where things get tricky is that cast changes often denote a new continuity but not always (The Doctor being a prime example where multiple actors across two Doctor Who series and spinoffs have played the same version of a character). And in many cases, continuity might not have been something the filmmakers concerned themselves with and thus even if they're still alive wouldn't be sable to say if two actors were playing the same or different versions of a character.
Jonathan Chase never used the name Manimal in-story to my recollection.
The show Thermoman was on was called My Hero.
The live action segments of Hero High characters were all from Kid Super Power Hour with Shazam!

I folded the expanded version of the different versions rule into the top post and added a note that no real world "superheroes" such as Captain Sticky are in the collage. Every character in the collage, at least as depicted is fictional, though at least one character is (while heavily changed) based on someone who many believe really existed.

You know it's 2020 when the first thing you think upon seeing the Shadow is "the mask is meant to cover your nose, idiot!"
