Those are correct. List updated. I deliberately gave Super Hero Squad Punisher a littler extra space because I found the juxtaposition between the cuteness and the lethal aspects amusing.
I can certainly agree with a disclaimer on the footer or preferably header of and fan site. In the case of TRNs and this game, they're mainly just for speeding up identifying characters and their realities (I think everyone here is pretty savvy about fandom vs official) but I can take them out if there are concerns there.

I'm okay with them here. It was more the mention that "using them might annoy Loki" that prompted my initial comment and the subsequent comment that people should be able to realize themselves that the fan site is unofficial that triggered the second response. I get why the fan site uses them - it's hard enough to track these realities as is, which is why the Handbooks do try to number them, so I can understand that to keep things straight using your own temporary numbers until official ones come about can be helpful for keeping track. But since it had been brought up here, I wanted to explain my problems with the fan site in this area. I'd have way less dislike of the TRNs if they weren't causing headaches because people mistake them for official designations, and that would happen a lot less often if the fan site was clearer about the fact that they are unofficial. Though zuckyd is right that people should by this point realize that all these wikis are unofficial, the simple fact is that they don't, which is why it needs to be spelled out explicitly and clearly. But as it stands:
The fan site doesn't make this clear.
We know this for fact because we've been told by multiple writers, artists and licensees (not to mention the general public in online interactions) that they thought it was the official site.
The fan site knows this because they've been told as much.
The fan site could rectify the problem with incredible ease - it's as simple as altering a single bit of text that every page already displays.
The fan site chooses not to do so.
