Excellent challenge - and not to lessen your much appreciated effort in scanning the image (if you'd not gone to that effort, I'd not have known the image existed or where to look), here's one scanned from the original title, which meant it could be laid flat more easily:

I was slightly uncertain about posting this one. It's a private commission, which means someone paid for and so owns it, but since the owner shared it online and it's such a lovely image, I finally decided to put it here. I felt it would be disrespectful to edit out the dedication, as if I was trying to hide that I knew it belongs to someone.
