    250 is close but not quite there. Creators took the art you mentioned and turned it into a separate character (not Mega Man himself) who appears in one of the animated series. So I should amend him as being "Mostly original TV character but based on video game packaging for another character". The rest are correct; list updated.

    While Cupcake isn't normally seen as a superhero, I decided her "zaps" made her close enough to one; as with Orko, that they often backfire doesn't negate the intent. Glitter Force is aka Smile PreCure! and thus Candy is yet another PreCure/Pretty Cure character.

    Those are correct. List updated. I closed some of the gaps to minimize scrolling for remaining characters.

    Only 16 characters left this round! It's unlikely that the 15 remaining hidden bonus shots will be used around but they will carry over into the next round. Loki: How many bonus shots have you used so far this round? So far you gained 20 for identifying the Crime Globe sight unseen and you found the 25, 20, 10, and 5 bonus shots characters, so you'll start next round with 80 bonus shots minus how many are used this round. And of course whoever finds the 15 will have that added too.

    I'm at the point where I feel I remember seeing some of the remaining ones but can't narrow down where, so I think it's time for me to ask some questions. I believe I'm allowed 20 per day? In which case, given we've got 15 left, I'll start with decade of airing for all the remaining characters.

    Yes, you can ask up to 20 questions a day, boostable up to 40 if you use bonus shots.
