969 I'm dubious on this one because it'd be a weird shot to choose and there'd be better images of him, but: Kwame, Captain Planet and the Planeteers?
Question: creators for as many as permitted.

As you surmised, 969 is incorrect. But sometimes taking a big guess does pan out so it never hurts to try,
You can ask up to five of any one question a day, 20 questions total. You can spend up to 20 bonus shots to make it a total of 40 questions but the five of any one question rule is fixed.
Animated creators (as far as I can tell):
750. Assuming they're from the first episode, Takahiro Ômori.
763. Brandon Choi · Jim Lee
764. (non-super identity): Dustin McKenzie, Shane Poettcker, Miguel Martinez-Joffre, Clark Stubbs
772. (non-super identity): Steve Oedekerk
779. (non-super identity): Dustin McKenzie, Shane Poettcker, Miguel Martinez-Joffre, Clark Stubbs
Feel free to ask more questions within the above parameters.

Those are correct; list updated. I figured that once 779 was found, 879 would be or vice versa, as talking vehicles who become superheroes are still fairly uncommon even with all the superheroes of the modern era..

Are we sure on that clue for 750? Takahiro Ômori is mostly a director, not a writer.

I've been using both directors and writers for clues. That's the only credit I found for that particular show, at least with the pilot episode. Like I've mentioned, finding credits for indie superheroes can be quite difficult.

Quiet day today for the rest of the day for me and I'm feeling generous so I did 15 more creator clues. I can do the last three but they'll require bonus shots.
My best guess at creators:
784. Carrie Lee Wilson
791. Patrick A. Ventura, Roger Fowley, Sam Fowley
799. Sean V. Jeffrey, Craig McCracken, Rob Renzetti, Paul Watling, Kevin Seccia
824. John Van Bruggen, Marty Isenberg, Robert N. Skir
829. Ann Austen, John McKinnon
874. Kenji Kamiyama
886. Shin'ichirō Ushijima, Satoshihiro Suzuki
888. (if in first episode; not sure) Richard Elliott, Todd Kauffman, Simon Racioppa
902. Sean V. Jeffrey, Craig McCracken, Rob Renzetti, Paul Watling, Kevin Seccia
930. Jeffrey Agala, Mauro Casalese, Kenneth Chu, Virginie Jallot, Trevor Bentley, Bob Davies, etc.
938. (non-super identity): Victor M. Lopez
942. Daisuke Nakajima, Shigehito Takayanagi, Hideyuki Kurata, Hajime Segawa
943. Gilles Cazaux, Vincent Bonjour
969. (really unsure on this one, though the former does seem likely) Ben Edlund, Richard Liebmann-Smith
1014. (unable to determine but there's a good chance the following was inolved) Ben Edlund
