She's actually from The Gary Moore Show, but given that she was played by Carol Burnett and since Burnett to my knowledge never played Supergirl anywhere else, I'll count that as close enough. Felix Fause is of course from the series (for Constatine material I'll only ask people to be specific if there's actual overlap in characters between the show and movie). The rest are correct; list updated. Agreed about Lor-Em. Two of your guesses, Paul Cicero and Felix Faust were played by the same actor, Mark Margolis, played now best known for playing Hector Salamanca on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.
