Coming up with a clue for Johnny Joker was tricky because I know almost nothing about the character; since the image is obviously from an older movie, mentioning he was from a trilogy would have narrowed things down too much, as would have stating he was the titular character.

Those are correct; list updated. The full name of the Cha Cha Cha version of Batman is Juan Carlos Batman.

Barbie is worth 15 bonus shots. She was one of the ones I couldn't reveal the source of the original version of because Barbie dolls would have been too much of a giveaway. Mind you, the doll itself was based on a real person, but I'm pretty sure Gaiman had the doll in mind more than her real life namesake.
