History: Lena Luthor is the daughter of Lionel and Lillian Luthor, and the half-sister of notorious supervillain Lex Luthor. She was ostracized by her family for her refusal to follow in their criminal footsteps and instead pursued a career in science.

Lena moved to National City and became the CEO of L-Corp, a company she had inherited from her brother. She became a close ally of Supergirl and the two worked together to protect the city from threats such as Reign and Lex Luthor.

Despite her good intentions, Lena has been willing to take morally ambiguous actions in order to achieve her goals. She was initially duped by her mother into helping her create a serum to turn humans into Kryptonians, and later developed a mind-control device that she believed would be used for good but was ultimately used by Lex to control Supergirl.

Lena has since parted ways with the Superfriends and is now focused on redeeming herself and making amends for her past actions.
