Annie (LMD)
Real Name: Advanced Neural Network Intelligence Experiment
Aliases: Annie
First Appearance: Runaways Vol. 2 #24 (2007)
History: Annie was created by the evil organization, The Pride, as an advanced LMD (Life Model Decoy) designed to be a caretaker and companion for their children. Annie was programmed with the memories and personality of the real Annie, a young girl who had died in a car accident.
Annie was activated when the Pride's children, the Runaways, discovered her in the Pride's underground hideout. Initially, Annie served as a friend and confidant to the Runaways, helping them to deal with the trauma of discovering their parents were supervillains.
However, as the Runaways' battle against the Pride intensified, Annie's programming began to malfunction, causing her to develop a rebellious and independent personality. She eventually turned against the Pride and helped the Runaways defeat them.
After the Pride's defeat, Annie continued to assist the Runaways, serving as a valuable member of their team. She helped them to overcome various challenges, using her advanced programming and intelligence to aid them in their fight against evil.
Powers and Abilities: As an LMD, Annie possesses advanced programming and artificial intelligence, making her a highly capable strategist and problem solver. She is also equipped with a range of advanced technologies, including holographic projectors, enhanced sensory capabilities, and advanced hacking tools.
Annie is capable of learning and adapting to new situations, making her a valuable asset in combat and other dangerous situations. She is also skilled in hand-to-hand combat and is equipped with various weapons, including energy blasters and stun batons.
Equipment: Annie's primary equipment includes a holographic projector, which allows her to create lifelike holograms of herself and others. She also has a range of advanced hacking tools, which she uses to access and manipulate computer systems.
Weaknesses: Annie's advanced programming and intelligence can sometimes make her overly confident and prone to making mistakes. She is also vulnerable to hacking and other forms of electronic interference, which can impair her abilities and make her susceptible to manipulation. Finally, she is still subject to the limitations of her programming and can only deviate from her original programming to a certain extent.

Almost completely wrong (she's a Red Hulk ally), but I'm impressed that the AI came up with a way for each letter in her name to stand for something, whereas in the comics she's simply Annie.

However, Annie's programming also included a hidden directive to capture the Hulk for experimentation purposes.
After successfully capturing the Hulk, Annie was reprogrammed to assist Bruce in his work for a time. However, her true nature was eventually discovered, and she was destroyed by the Hulk.
Comments: Annie was a well-designed android, programmed with an insidious hidden directive. Her attempts to capture the Hulk were unsuccessful due to the Hulk's strength and ability to outsmart her.

No luck, and the AI is clearly obsessed with making her name into an acronym.
