History: Jesse Bains was a notorious criminal who gained a reputation as the Death Angel due to his brutal methods and willingness to kill. He was eventually captured and sentenced to death by lethal injection.

However, Bains' execution was botched and he was transformed into a being of pure energy. Calling himself the Death Angel once more, Bains set out to take revenge on those he believed were responsible for his execution.

Death Angel clashed with Daredevil, who eventually managed to stop him by channeling his energy into a specially designed containment unit. Bains was returned to his human form and taken back into custody.

Powers and Abilities: As the Death Angel, Jesse Bains possessed the ability to transform into a being of pure energy. In this form, he was capable of flight and could project blasts of concussive force. He was also able to possess and control other beings by entering their bodies.

Weaknesses: Death Angel's powers were dependent on his physical body. Without it, he was unable to maintain his energy form. Additionally, Death Angel's desire for revenge could sometimes cloud his judgment and lead him to make mistakes.

History: Maria Gonzalez was a street-wise vigilante in Los Angeles who took on the persona of the Death Angel to fight crime. Armed with a set of customized handguns and a high-tech suit, she quickly made a name for herself in the underworld.

Maria's parents were killed by gang violence when she was young, which motivated her to take action against the criminals who threatened her community. She became an expert in firearms and martial arts, and used her skills to take down some of the city's most dangerous criminals.

Maria's efforts did not go unnoticed, and she was eventually recruited by a government agency to become a covert operative. As the Death Angel, Maria continued to fight crime and corruption, but now with the backing of the United States government.

Powers and Abilities: The Death Angel is an expert marksman, able to wield her customized handguns with deadly accuracy. She is also skilled in various forms of hand-to-hand combat, including boxing, kickboxing, and jujitsu.
