Latest answers correct; list updated.
I fixed an error in the tally and the clues:
419. Original movie character; 10s; attended sister's graduation; sister is major character but he isn't
642. Original TV show character; 10s; member of some sort of Armed Forces; helped take over mobile base from major characters
662. Original TV show character; 10s; corrections officer; trying to keep major villain imprisoned
749. From a commercial; based on comics but gender swapped; 10s; Incredible Hulk; initially tired; most looks like comics version in arms (at one point)
786. Original TV show character; 10s; former crime leader; made truce with main character against a common foe
Revised Tally:
Agents of SHIELD 1
The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) 1
Jessica Jones 2
[supplement commercial with particularly bad acting] 1

419 Howard Stacy, ASM2

419 is correct; list updated.

662 Vasquez, Jessica Jones - though you've pictured the cop rather than the corrections officer.

On my way out so I'll update the list later but 662 is correct and it's the clue that was wrong rather than the image. I was thrown off by two characters with the same name on the same show.

Updated the list.

A reminder that everyone can ask 20 questions a day.
Also a reminder of the new Hangman rules:
In terms of the Hangman round I'm going to do it a little differently. Starting now, I'll let others pick a letter. I'll only do the letter pattern for a character if there's at least one correctly guessed letter in the name. One letter per day per person, but certainly two or more people can pick a letter a day. For vowels (other than Y), you must wait until at least three consonants are picked per vowel (Y counts as a consonant for this purpose); So after three consonants you can pick a vowel or another consonant, after six consonants you get to pick another vowel, etc, until after 15 consonants all vowels are free to pick. As before I'll "lock" cases where there's only one letter left.
Adding: For the commercial only the above also applies separately to the source.

Checking for the letter T.

A good choice in theory but no T for any of those characters. But at least that gives you something to rule out. Feel free to pick another letter.

N then.

I just reread what I wrote before and am modifying it. If a letter is useless it'll always be okay to pick another letter in the same day. And as before someone else can pick another letter even if a *good" letter has been chosen. I'll also allow people to spend five bonus shots to pick another letter in a 24 hour period (beyond the above; if a letter is bad, picking another letter is always free).

642 Nahui, Agents of SHIELD

Nahui is correct; list updated. Since there are only two characters left, What the heck, I'll let you pick another letter for free despite what I wrote above. If there were still 20+ characters left it would be different, but since there are just two I'm happy to move this along.

Remember also you can ask up to 20 questions a day, which now averages a decent 10 per character.

#1: 786 Which season of Jessica Jones?

Looks like I made another tally error before. He's actually from Daredevil TV; season 3.

786 is correct; list updated. Feel free to ask up to 19 questions on remaining character or pick a letter. With three consonants previously picked, you make pick either another consonant or a vowel.

And if you think you know the character, just not the source, feel free to ask. Once you know the character, she'll probably turn up in a YouTube search for the character name and commercial.

E.
And I'm assuming the character is the Hulk, since you said it's a gender-flipped version of a character who debuted in Incredible Hulk.
Offline
Yes the character is the Hulk. Source: *E**

Looks like the commercial no longer shows up if you just type Hulk commercial., However, if you type in Hulk's catchphrase plus commercial into YouTube and scroll down a ways, you should find it. Hulk supplement commercial will also work.
