History: Cerebus was originally a mercenary hired by Lord Julius, but eventually became embroiled in political and religious intrigue in the city of Iest. He briefly became the Prime Minister of Iest and later a tavern keeper, before traveling to the Moon and encountering the wizard Suenteus Po. Cerebus also briefly became the Pope of an alternate universe's version of the Earth.

Recently, Cerebus has been plagued by mental illness and has become increasingly unstable.
