History: Curtis Donovan was a former Community Service worker and aspiring Olympic athlete. He gained the power of time travel after being exposed to a strange storm while completing his community service. Curtis struggled with the responsibility of his powers at first, using them to go back in time and fix his mistakes. However, he soon learned that altering the past had consequences and began using his powers to help his team. Curtis was a natural leader and often acted as the voice of reason for the group.
