Wilkes is close enough; he was from Marvel One-Shot: Agent Carter as opposed to simply Agent Carter, but since no Wilkes was on the show (and it's MCU either way), that's fine.
I accidentally used the same image for 1799 and 1988, 1988 was who the image was supposed to refer to, but since 1799 had been identified, I'm putting the corrected image into 1988 instead and moving the clue to that number.

Virgil, Vicar, and Gaius Ponarian were from the Destroyed Earth future, while Madge and Tawni were from the Chronicon-altered timeline and Mrs. Lee and Burnell were from the Framework (no mainstream counterparts seen for them).
