It's probably debatable which incarnation of K9, but yes, the regenerated version from the Australian series (and I do mean regenerated - he appeared looking as he originally did, got damaged, and literally did regenerate, like a Time Lord).

59 is Frank Miller's Big Guy. Based on the coloring I think it might be the TV cartoon version.

Correct. Ironically, he's not a robot, and is on here, while Rusty, his partner, is and isn't.

And yes, from the TV version. All the robots are from TV, movies and similar. None from books or comics (except where those that originated in books and comics have been depicted on screen). There are a few video game characters. I should however mention that when a character has been depicted on TV, that doesn't necessarily mean they were depicted in a TV show.
