I'll update the list later, but I now have this and can confirm that Torpedo is the deceased character profile in the volume.

That really depends on how you prefer to collect things. So far issues #2 and 3 are also scheduled to have handbook covers. Those covers would probably be including in the tpb, although they may be reprinted 4 per page rather than full size.
