All three of those are correct.
For 1 (which was the idea that made me want to do another round): The Batman foe in the clues was Calendar Man. The full list including characters you mentioned:
January: Annie January is Starlight from The Boys
March: Eddie March was both The Freak and Iron Man
April: April O'Neil is a close ally of the TMNT; Robert April was a former USS Enterprise Captain who first appeared in Star Trek: The Animated Series; April Curtis was a chief technician who replaced Bonnie Barstow for one season of Knight Rider.
May: May Parker needs no introduction here; Melinda May is The Cavalry on Agents of SHIELD
June: June Moone is the DC superhero turned super-villain The Enchantress; June Cleaver is the mom on Leave it to Beaver
August: August Hopper is the early X-Men foe The Locust
For 3, in order: Roger Rodney Rabbit injests meteor-irridated carrots to become Captain Carrot, Bugs Bunny ate carrots to become Super-Rabbit in one short, Goofy consumes peanuts (goobers) to become Super Goof, Popeye as you noted gets a power-up from spinach, school boy Eric consumes bananes to become Bananaman, and Sugar Bear in one commercial ate Super Sugar Crisp to become Super Bear.
For 11, had the clues for this one gone one final round (there will be one last round of clues later if no one guesses the rest) I probably would have referenced Dr. Tachyon and the Great and Powerful Turtle as those names are particularly Wild Cards-specific.

I'll do the final clues and then reveal the answers roughly this time tmw if not figured out then.
4. Deadboy, Friend Computer, Karl Ferenc Skorpios, Lorelei (Laura Lee Masters), Morty Tortoise, Power Master (Richard Monroe)
I'll give people about a 50% chance of figuring out the answer if they read this clue.
The word "die" springs to mind.
Most of these characters have little to no chance of appearing again, though one has a very good chance.
Friend Computer would probably say that the answer is not available at your security clearance, and Skorpios isn't reliable because he doesn't like Bonds
Most pop culture characters don't originate from this source, but all of these characters do.
If you were to ask Deadboy where he's from, he might answer "Don't Ask".
7. Venus the Flying Trap, Hasty Pudding, Plastic Man, The Monarch, Cometeer, Worm Man
Some of these questions I'll still engaged with, others I'm just phoning it in now.
Plastic Man is not Eel O'Brian and the Monarch is neither Hank Hall nor anyone wearing Hank's costume.
All of these are from DC comics.
A four letter word comes to mind, but nothing vulgar.
While I could add further names, the names above all refer to three characters, so two names (so far) per character.
Still stuck? Well, sockamagee!

Here are the answers for the final two and some explanations of the clues:
4. Deadboy, Friend Computer, Karl Ferenc Skorpios, Lorelei (Laura Lee Masters), Morty Tortoise, Power Master (Richard Monroe)
Clue 1: I'll give people about a 50% chance of figuring out the answer if they read this clue.
Clue 2: The word "die" springs to mind.
Clue 3: Most of these characters have little to no chance of appearing again, though one has a very good chance.
Clue 4: Friend Computer would probably say that the answer is not available at your security clearance, and Skorpios isn't reliable because he doesn't like Bonds
Clue 5: Most pop culture characters don't originate from this source, but all of these characters do.
Clue 6: If you were to ask Deadboy where he's from, he might answer "Don't Ask".
We know from Clue 6 that they're from an uncommon source. If it was a particular show, movie, etc that wouldn't be much if a clue, and in Clue 3 I expressed that even in the modern era where everything gets revived I didn't think most of these characters would ever return, so let's go with a medium that generates relatively few characters. In Clue 1, I mention percentages and in Clue 2, I mention "die". While that could tie into Deadboy with end of life, when clues refer to a specific word, it's not a bad idea to consider less common definitions such as in this instance the singular of dice. The answer was they all originated from tabletop role-playing games.
In order:
Deadboy: From DC Heroes' Ambush Bug adventure Don't Ask (Clue 6).
Friend Computer: The overarching antagonist and also source of assignments in Paranoia, making it by far the most prominent character on the list of names. In Clue 4 I used its catch-phrase to clarify that it was this specific character.
Karl Ferenc Skorpios is the only other character on this list who comes close to Friend Computer in importance. He's a recurring foe of James Bond (clue 4) in Bond's RPG, a substitute for Ernst Stavro Blofield, who was unavailable due to rights issues.
Lorelei (Laura Lee Masters) appeared in the Marvel Super-Heroes adventure X-Potential, par4t of a run of adventures set in a version of Days of Futures Past.
Morty Tortoise is from the Toon core rulebook.
Power Master (Richard Monroe) is from the Heroes Unlimited core rulebook.
7. Venus the Flying Trap, Hasty Pudding, Plastic Man, The Monarch, Cometeer, Worm Man
Clue 1: Some of these questions I'll still engaged with, others I'm just phoning it in now.
Clue 2: Plastic Man is not Eel O'Brian and the Monarch is neither Hank Hall nor anyone wearing Hank's costume.
Clue 3: All of these are from DC comics.
Clue 4: A four letter word comes to mind, but nothing vulgar.
Clue 5: While I could add further names, the names above all refer to three characters, so two names (so far) per character.
Clue 6: Still stuck? Well, sockamagee!
We know these are DC characters (Clue 3), and yet Plastic Man and Monarch are not the better known versions of the characters (Clue 2), which rules out a lot of possibilities; we can also rule out anyone else wearing the Hank Hall Monarch costume but not necessarily the Eel O'Brian Plastic Man's costume. We also know that the clues refer to three characters who used more names than the ones listed (Clue 5) and that a non-vulgar four-letter word features prominently (Clue 4). We also know that there is some sort of phone motif (Clue 1), so we're looking at a feature such as a speaker, keypad, or dial. Taking these together you get the Pre-Crisis Dial "H" for Hero characters, who all dialed H-E-R-O to transform into various heroes. There were also Post-Crisis adventures, but everything above related to the Pre-Crisis era.
Among other superheroes:
Robby Reed (whose catchphrase was "Sockamagee!"; Clue 6) was Plastic Man (resembling Eel O'Brian) and Cometeer.
Vicki Grant was Venus the Flying Trap and the Monarch.
Chris King was Hasty Pudding and Worm Man.
