I was originally going to grab the info from the Marvel site, rather than the Comic Book Resources page, but then I noticed the description in the former is actually for the Ghost Rider trade.

I'm sure the actual contents will shift but the image in the CBR site shows that the MAX Punisher will get his due. Here's hoping he'll get his own Handbook entry soon as he's more than earned a profile.
