27 Guessing here, as the image is so blurry - Spider-Man, Donald F. Glut's unauthorized 1969 Spider-Man?

Most of those are correct except: 127 was another area where Google image search failed me. I was looking for a clear image of a character and it offered me someone similar looking. I've corrected that.
27. Not him. I'm only using authorized material, and there's a very good reason why it's hard to find a good image capture of this character online.

Hmm. 27 Spider-Man, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark musical?

Or 27, Spider-Man, Spider-Man's wedding?

127 is correct. I wish I had thought of those two, but neither is correct for the last one. I would say, more obscure than Turn Off the Dark, and maybe even than the televised wedding.

Okay. Official means ruling out the villainous Spiderman from 3 Dev Adam
even if he did manage to slip into Spiderverse
and while Scott Leva was considered for the role in the abortive Cannon Films' Spider-Man movie and did play the part in Marvel press and cover photos,
I don't think he ever actually played it in any actual footage.
Could it be either Spider-Man from Marvel Universe Live!
or from the similarly conceived Spider-Man Live! stage show?
But neither of these, afaik, have been committed to film, except perhaps a few illicit videos floating around YouTube.
So my best guess right now is Spider-Man from NBC's Yummy Awards

zuckyd1 figured it out. It's an Easter Egg on X-Men DVDs, the ones without the 1.5.
