Understandable guess, but no. Not him.
All your other guesses are correct.

Yes, that's Sersi. However, upon rechecking, I erred in confirming 10 as Darkhawk - it's not him.

Not 41.

After the very understandable misidentifications of Wasp and Firearm, neither of whom are strictly speaking in the image in question, I think it's only fair for me to note that the whole reason why all these characters from different comics are in the image together is because the barriers between realities is breaking down in the story. Look closely at the costumes of "Wasp" and "Firearm" and you should see indicators why they are not, and cannot be, those two characters.
Since a few of the characters in this image only appear in this comic, Ultraforce/Avengers#1, I have no problem with anyone checking the issue in question to find out who they are - but please don't read the indicia, because that gives copyright information and everyone in the image was used with permission of the appropriate owners, meaning it includes a lot of the names of those yet to be identified.

Yes to all those. The Quicksilver in the image is also the one from the same pocket dimension, but since he retained the same codename as the 616 version I accepted that identification.

No new guesses for over a day, so a few hints. Ultraverse still has something to offer. Malibu can be Epic. Perez likes using his own stuff and some characters left are cast members for someone already identified.

41 is some dude named A-X

I'd agree with all of those, and congrats on getting Killaine, as that's one I'd failed to identify. However when you compare side-by-side, there's no question:
Same frizzy hair; same rectangular earrings; same string of rectangles necklace; same hemispherical shoulder pads. And since the rest of her team are there, I think that clinches it. Definitely her.

They definitely look somewhat alike, and I wondered the same myself, but unfortunately the indicia doesn't mention Howard Chaykin or Power and Glory. Since it covers everyone else not owned by Marvel, and their respective comics (where applicable), I don't think they'd have missed listing him.

All other new identifications are correct.

They don't mention him for American Flagg?

Oops. Sorry, yes, they do mention Chaykin for American Flagg, but not Power and Glory. And since they specifically mention the comic in the same sentence as they mention Chaykin, if it was Gorksy I'd expect his comic to be mentioned.
