Time for some more clues.
Check out BWS.
There are at least three instances of only some but not all characters from a given comic being identified.
Helix.
The King of Pop doesn't think they matter, but Image might.

45 might be Angela Attenborough, although the costume doesn't quite match

37 and 38 are Whitney Samsung and Reed Blackett

10 is the Gladiator from Crimson Plague

You've pictured the right guy, but named the wrong one.

Nice guess, but nope. Mind you, don't blame you for not identifying the right person. I've checked the issues she's in (as, I believe, have you, based on other identifications), and she's not wearing that outfit in them. I've only found her wearing a close match to that outfit in sketches - I suspect she would have ended up in it if the comic she appeared in had lasted longer than it did.

Your other new identifications are correct.

Yes to all three of those.

More clues:
One of the teams represented still has more members to account for.
Primates have friends.
Helix imprint, but look to the last issue for that outfit; earlier ones show different clothes.
We're still not done with BWS.

28 Digitina
No Chaykin, eh?

54 Tarzan perhaps?

Yes to Digitina, no to Tarzan. And you're right re: Chaykin; as previously noted, the indicia listing for copyrights does list him, and also American Flagg. It also lists Cyberella, permitting Digitina's presence. It doesn't mention Power & Glory, hence why I don't believe 4 is from there.

Btw, at this juncture it is permissible to check the indicia, as every comic listed has now been located, and there are a few characters who can only be identified via the indicia; I think a few of them were for comics that Perez knew were planned, but which ultimately never came out - however, for some of those concept art does exist and can be found, allowing the character to be identified here.

I found a Knightwolf by onetime Malibu artist Jerome K. Moore... but it's just a wolf

26 is obviously Omega, but what version I have no idea. Perhaps some scrapped 90's revival?

49 is the Monkey King's pal Pigsy

21 is the aforementioned Heros

Yep. One of those I think never made it to an actual comic, outside of the cameo in Ultraforce/Avengers.

26 has to be the Omega mentioned in the indicia, I agree, but I don't think it's a version of this guy. It's weird that he's specifically listed by name, when none of the other characters owned by Marvel are. Makes me think something about him was different, but not sure what.
Regardless, he's someone called Omega it would seem.

Agreed. Not the best likeness of her in UF/Av, but still her.

Yeah. I've never been able to track down an image either. By default Knightwolf is presumably one of the characters remaining unidentified, but which one is another matter.
