He's depicted by this name in the same trading card set that Deuce appears in, and which also has Breed and American Flagg in it, and appears to include a few characters that were expected to debut after the cards' release. I wondered if any of the other unidentified were in there, but couldn't spot any matches.

Okay, clue for the last one I know can be identified. You've got their teammates, and already pictured them in an earlier post.

Anyway, with four remaining who I haven't been able to identify, it's time to semi-close this one. There are three comics/characters in the indicia that appear never to have made it to publication, and those likely cover some of the unidentified - Knightwolf, Star Sabre and Chrysalis by K.H. Kanalz and J.K. Moore - but we'll likely never know for sure unless one of those creators or George Perez himself confirm the identifies.
